Uses of Lidocain Topical Aerosol (Climax Spray for Men)

Climax Spray for men prolongs sexual intercourse and it is used to prevent and treat premature ejaculation in men. Lidocaine Topical Aerosol (Climax Spray) contains Lidocaine 10% which works as a local anesthetic. The immediate effect is a less sensitive feeling which helps to prolong sexual intercourse and delay sexual climax.

Lidocaine Topical Spray (Climax Spray) - Dosage

Climax Spray can only be used by men of 18 years of age, and more. Shake the Lidocaine Topical Spray bottle well before use. Start with 3 to 4 sprays on the head and shaft of the penis from a distance of 5 cm.
Rub spray lotion into the skin of the penis until it is completely absorbed. Wait for 10 minutes. The maximum adult dosage of Climax spray is up to maximum 10 sprays to achieve the desired results.

How to Use Lidocain Topical Aerosol (Climax Spray for Men)

Lidocain Topical Aerosol (Climax Spray for Men) is only for men above 18 years of age. Apply Climax spray 15 minutes prior to sexual intercourse as following:

• Shake the Climax Spray canister for 10 seconds
• Press the canister nozzle and apply 4 sprays to the penis shaft and especially around the penis head
• Use a finger to distribute the lotion evenly and and wait for it to dry before starting intercourse

The recommended dosage is 4 sprays but the sensitivity vary and you may find that 3 sprays of Climax delay spray is sufficient to delay ejaculation and prolong sex or that you require more. The maximum dosage is 10 sprays per day.
Wash the Climax Lidocain lotion off your penis before oral sex or your partner may feel numbness in the mouth. It is not dangerous but it is uncomfortable.

Climax Spray (Lidocaine Topical Aerosol) - Contraindications

Climax Spray (Lidocaine Topical Aerosol) is contraindicated in patients with the following conditions:

• A known hypersensitivity to Lidocaine Hydrochloride or to any inactive component of Climax spray
• Heart block, second or third degree (without pacemaker)
• Severe sinoatrial block (without pacemaker)
• Serious adverse drug reaction to lidocaine or amide local anaesthetics
• Concurrent treatment with quinidine, flecainide, disopyramide, procainamide (Class I antiarrhythmic agents)
• Prior use of Amiodarone hydrochloride
• Hypotension not due to Arrhythmia
• Bradycardia
• Accelerated idioventricular rhythm
• Pacemaker
• Porphyria, especially Acute Intermittent Porphyria (AIP); Lidocaine topical spray has been classified as porphyrogenic although clinical evidence suggests that it is not.

Side Effects of Climax Spray (Lidocaine Topical Aerosol)

The most common side effects reported in patients treated with Climax Spray (Lidocaine Topical Aerosol) are given below:
Central Nervous System: light headedness, nervousness, apprehension, euphoria, confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, tinnitus, blurred vision, vomiting, sensations of heat, cold, twitching, tremors, convulsions, unconsciousness, and respiratory depression.
Cardiovascular System: Cardiovascular manifestations are usually depressant characterized by bradycardia, hypotension, and cardiovascular collapse, which may lead to cardiac arrest.
Acute Systemic Toxicity: Climax Spray may cause acute toxic effects, if high systemic levels occur due to rapid absorption

Stop using Lidocaine Topical Aerosol (Climax Spray) and call your doctor immediately if you have any of these serious side effects: Severe allergic reactions (rash, itching, difficulty in breathing or swallowing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, hives, and skin rashes), Uneven heartbeats, Drowsiness, Confusion,Tremors, Seizure (convulsions), or Blurred Vision.
