  About Generic Drugs
Generic drugs meet the same quality standards as the original brands. They are based on the exact same active ingredients and yield same effect. Most prescriptions are written by the generic name or INN (International Nonproprietary Name) and pharmacies may dispense the brand drug or a generic drug. A generic drug will carry its own brand name (which is likely very well recognized in some parts of the world) while the active ingredient is the exact same as the original brand drug. Almost all medicine packages states the active ingredient and strength right below their brand name.

Once a brand drug goes off patent other drug manufactures can duplicate the formulation and market the drug under their own brand name – this is called a “generic” drug. The lower cost of the generic drugs is possible because the generic drug manufacturers have not spent money on research and development of the drug. The quality and manufacturing standards are not compromised and some brand drugs and equivalent generic drugs are even made at the exact same facility but branded differently. India, being the largest manufacturing base for generic drugs, has a number of well-established licensed and US FDA approved companies including: Cipla, Ranbaxy (owned by Japanese Daiichi Sankyo), Torrent, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth (part of Pfizer), Piramal (owned by Abbott), Intas, and Cadila. TEVA in Israel is the world's largest generic drug manufacture and another safe choice for generic drugs.

In some jurisdictions the government doesn’t acknowledge patents on pharmaceutical ingredients due to widespread poverty that would make it impossible for the local population to afford essential drugs such as antibiotics, anti-cancer preparations, HIV drugs and more. In such jurisdictions, the manufacturing of patented drugs as generic drugs is widespread and completely legal. This is why Clear Sky Pharmacy, Canadian Pharmacies, and International online pharmacies are able to offer a vast range of generic drugs at low rates.

Clear SKy Pharmacy - the best medical website - is specialized in safe generic drugs from the leading manufactures. Each drug is clearly described on our site including a picture of the product we supply. You can be assured that these drugs are original and in accordance with the US FDA manufacturing guidelines. You may find cheaper generic brands but not at the same quality level. We will leave it to you to make the best judgment between price, quality, and your safety.
Clear Sky Pharmacy - the Best Medical Website
Your trusted online pharmacy is the fastest, easiest, and most convenient place to order your medications. Online pharmacies emerged in the early 2000 when the popular Canadian brick & mortar pharmacies began to offer their American patients this option. It soon became very popular to order online instead of having to go to your pharmacy - of for many - to travel across the border to buy affordable medication.
As the industry grew so did the number of fake online pharmacies. Many of these did not neccssarily have bad intentions in mind but they had no knowledge or control of what was being sent to the patients as they would almost always rely on 3rd parties to ship the medication. Consumers soon learned to check the credentials before ordering with a new online pharmacy and this is when the real scams started with companies reviewing online pharmacies and grading them. Companies that almost always run a number of pharmacies themselves, which would get great reviews while others may be penalized even if they were providing a great service. Such web sites does not represent the best medical websites and should be consulted with caution.
Clear Sky Pharmacy - the Best Medical Website - strongly recommend you to look up real reviews in forums as this is probably the only place you will get real reviews by actual customers. Clear Sky Pharmacy has gained a strong name and you have probably found us via forums or personal recommendations. We have been online since 2010 and you will not find a single case of fraud. We always delivery what you order. If you are still concerned or unsure about our credentials then consider placing a small order instead. We are confident that you will soon enough be part of our many loyal customers once you receive your order and see the profesionalisme of the packing and the level of communication about you order.

Clear Sky Pharmacy is very particular about the brands we offer and you will only find premium brands at our shop. We clearly show the product we ship so you will always know exactly what you are getting. Other online pharmacies that we know of - even the Canadian Online Pharmacies - will sell you any generic drug available and you never know what brand and quality you will get. This is not the case with Clear Sky Pharmacy and only with us can you be assured of getting a quality product that has been manufactured at a US FDA inspected and approved facility such as Ranbaxy, Astra Zenica, Cipla, Glaxo Smith Kline, Dr. Reddy's, Pfizer, and Intas.
We have about 400 drugs available online but we can offer many more. Simply send us an email with the drug you need, the quantity and strength, and then we will return your email with offer shortly after. Kindly note that we will under no circumstances offer scheduled drugs or opiates.

When you shop at Clear Sky Pharmacy - the Best Medical Website - you will receive the same product every time from the well-known top manufactures of Generic Drugs. The product is the exact same as you see in the picture's. It can happen that a product is unavailable for reasons beyond our control in which we will supply an equivalent product from another top rated manufacture. This is, however, rare.

4 things the Fed does not want you to know about Foreign Online Pharmacies

Everyone knows that ordering prescriptions from foreign pharmacies are much cheaper than ordering brand-name medications from local online pharmacies. International online pharmacies are a favorite among American citizens to buy prescription drugs as these pharmacies sell drugs at cheaper and not-heard-of-prices in the U.S.. What more, there are so many Canadian and International pharmacies that are well-regulated by the country’s pharmacy authorities and regulatory bodies.
But the big question is, are drugs bought from International pharmacies legal? Why does the FDA keep warning about the possibility of fake drugstores in foreign countries? Are there not fake online pharmacies in the United States? Yes, there are. Few critics and foreign pharmacy advocates argue that the FDA, along with the Federal government, tries to avoid import of drugs from Canadian and International pharmacies as it may spoil the pharmacy business of big brands in the country. These critics opine that the government may not want ordinary people to know certain truths in order to prevent them from buying drugs abroad:

1. The vast difference in prices: Why do prescription medication prices vary from International online pharmacies to the ones in the United States? The government lays no regulations or price control measures on the medications in the country. There is no price slab within U.S. to control the selling prices of brand-name drugs. The reason stated by the government is – price control may stop innovation and creativity in the medical and pharmaceutical world. Due to lack of price control, big brands – the ones who sell prescription medications – include the R&D, production and promotion costs of a drug in its price. Yet, these same medications are available for lower prices in countries like Canada, UK, and Germany. Further, the big pharma companies are under fierce price competition in almost all Asian countries which forces them to sell the same medications at a fraction of the U.S. prices.

Case in Point:
Lipitor® by Pfizer is the world’s No.1 best-selling drug with sales exceeding USD 14 billion annually. The drug patent expired end of November 2011 and a generic version made by Ranbaxy in India was launched. The generic version was launched at a fraction of the original brand cost. Pfizer was expected to start a propaganda campaign discounting the safety and efficiency of the cheap generic version as seen before. However, Pfizer responded by lowering the original drug price by as much as 40 times and thereby indirectly acknowledging that generic drugs are equally good and well accepted by the general public.

Pfizer remains a great company with a solid reputation in the pharmaceutical industry despite the incredible high prices. We will leave it to you to decide if the branded drugs are worth the price compared to the equivalent generic drugs offered at Clear Sky Pharmacy.

2. FDA’s warning on counterfeit drugs: The FDA keeps warning that drugs made in foreign countries may be counterfeit and hence it best to buy within the country. This is rarely true. A country like Canada has its own pharmacy regulatory authorities – the CIPA or the Canadian Internet Pharmacy Association (www.ciparx.org) and the NAPRA (www.napra.org) to monitor the production and distribution of drugs in the country. Similar, India being the largest producer of generic drugs with a domestic market in excess of 1 billion people, maintains firm control of drug manufacturing for exports through the Indian FDA and export regulatory authorities. Brands which produce drugs in the U.S. have their branches in Canada, India, UK, Germany and more that sell the same drugs for cheaper prices. So, everything the FDA warns about Canadian and International drugs is not true as there are good, reputed, and FDA approved online pharmacies both in Canada, U.S., and International.

3. The Senate’s stand on buying drugs from abroad: Many senior citizens and other people belonging to the fixed income class travel up to Canada or Mexico to buy prescription medications for them or their families. Now with online options available, many buy from International online pharmacies. Added to this, considering the fact that drugs are cheaper in other countries, the Senate voted 62 to 28 to allow import of drugs from abroad.

4. Monopoly of American drug companies: American drugs companies monopolize the U.S. prescription market. They try their best to keep foreign online pharmacies out of the scene and also put down the quality of generic medications. Many stories of fake drugs are circulated by drugs companies to shove off foreign drug suppliers from the U.S. soil. Due to this confused scenario, many Americans have now shifted to generic medications. But there are not many generics available in America since drug companies play games with their patent rights, extending a patent for more than 20 years. In this bleak scenario, the only respite for Americans is online pharmacies that sell generic drugs at a fraction of the brand drugs.

Sex - Erectile Dysfunction Medicine Guide
Many customers ask us about Erectile Dysfunction (ED); what is it and what medicine works the best for me. This information section explains what ED is and how Generic Viagra (Sildenafil), Generic Cialis (Tadalafil), Generic Levitra (Vardenafil), and Generic Priligy (Dapoxetine) work and may be able to help you.

What is ED?
Erectile Dysfunction is when a man can’t get an erection or when a man can’t keep an erection long enough to finish sex. Erectile dysfunction is also called impotence or sexual dysfunction but most people simply refer to it as ED.

Who gets ED?
Many men will experience Erectile Dysfunction at some point of time in their lives. It can happen to any men at last for a short period or indefinitely. There can be many reasons for Erectile Dysfunction including physical stress or emotional stress as well as symptoms of disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), coronary artery disease, neurologic disorders, and depression. ED can also be a side effect of medication and in particular in relation to anti-depressant drugs like Zoloft (Sertraline), Prozac (Fluoxetine), Paxil (Paroxetine), Wellbutrin (Bupropion) as well as the active ingredients Fluvoxamin and Nefazodone.

ED oral treatments
It was in 1998, when the FDA approved Viagra (Sildenafil 50mg & 100mg) by Pfizer, that medicine revolutionized ED treatment and men were given a fast & easy alternative to long term therapy and invasive treatments. Viagra soon became one of the most sold drugs in the world and it has since then helped millions of men with erectile dysfunction.
Other drug manufactures developed similar ED drugs and Bayer launched Levitra (Vardenafil 20mg) in September 2003 followed by Eli Lilly’s launch of Cialis (Tadalafil 20mg) in November 2003.

Premature Ejaculation
Priligy (Dapoxetin 30mg) was launched in 2009 by Janssen-Cilag and helps increase the time it takes you to ejaculate. It is the only approved drug for premature ejaculation – a medical condition estimated to affect 30% of all American men.

Viagra, Levitra and Cialis
Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra are so called PDE-5 inhibitors and work in a similar way albeit with different results in men. Viagra and Levitra works fast and for 4-6 hours while Cialis takes longer time to work but also lasts much longer. It is important to note that the effect of the drugs varies from person to person and one drug may work excellent for one man while it has limited effect for another man.

Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra are often referred to as sex enhancers or party pills that aim to enhance manhood and sexual performance. However, while they definitely have a profound effect in most men they don’t actually cause a direct erection but rather alter the body’s response to sexual stimulation. They do this by increasing the effect of the nitric oxide chemical that is released when a men is sexually stimulated. Nitric Oxide relaxes the muscle that controls the blood flow to the penis and this helps gain an erection. The effect is not only sought by men with erectile dysfunction but also by men who wish to have a massive erection and be able to perform at their best. The percentage of men using Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra for recreational usage is believed to be a high figure and hence many sites simply refer to ED medication as party pills, sex enhancers, or pills for enhanced manhood.

Sildenafil and vardenafil have similar molecular structures, but tadalafil is structurally different.

Viagra
Viagra (Sildenafil) is the most popular erectile dysfunction medication and works for about 80% of all men. The remaining 20% typically find that Levitra and Cialis work perfectly for them. Viagra is taken ½ an hour before action and lasts for up to 4 hours.
Fatty food and alcohol is known to reduce the effect of Viagra and should not be taken. Further, you should not take alpha-blockers commonly used for treatment of Raynaud’s disease, hypertension, scleroderma, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorders.

Action time:      20-60min
Duration:            Up to 4 hours
Avoid:                  Fatty food, alcohol, and alpha-blockers
Side effects:      Some men experience “blue vision” while a mild headache is the most common side effect
Warning:             Do not take nitrates
Others:                Do not exceed 100mg a day. If you require more than 100mg then Viagra is not right for you and you should instead use Levitra or Cialis. Tablets from unregulated manufactures are available with higher dosage. These can be dangerous to take and may have a profound impact on your blood pressure and other severe health complications.

Levitra
Levitra (Vardenafil) is the most potent and effective erectile dysfunction medication and works for almost all men. It has a fast action time and last up to 50% longer than Viagra. Levitra is more expensive to manufacture but the price is easily justified but the excellent results.
Avoid taking alpha-blockers and type 1A & 3 antiarrhythmic such as Quinidine, Procainamide, Sotalolm, and Amiodarone.

Action time:      15-30min
Duration:            Up to 6 hours
Avoid:                  Fatty foods, alcohol, Alpha-blockers, and antiarrhythmic
Side effects:      Mild headache
Warning:             Do not take nitrates
Others:                Levitra has few side effects and works excellent for most men. It is superior to Viagra and we highly recommend Levitra.

Cialis
Cialis (Tadalafil) is by far the longest lasting erectile dysfunction medication in the market with up to 36 hours of duration. Many patients take Cialis on a regular schedule like a vitamin pill and obtain an otherwise not well functioning sex life. Cialis is also known as the weekend pill.

Action time:      40-60min
Duration:            Up to 36 hours
Avoid:                  Fatty foods, alcohol, and Alpha-blockers
Side effects:      Cialis has the least side effects of the 3 ED drugs with occasional mild headaches
Warning:             Do not take nitrates
Others:                Cialis’s long action time does not mean you will be aroused for 36 hours. Like with Levitra and Viagra, you need sexual stimulation to get an erection. Cialis is the cheapest erectile dysfunction medication when considering the long action time and easily the most popular ED drug for men in marriage and steady relationships.

We wish to be amongst the best medical websites and hope this information was interest to you and that it may help you to understand how Erectile Dysfunction medication works and select the one best suitable for you.
How Anti-Depressant works | Side Effects | What to take
What are the benefits of Antidepressants - will this medicine work for me?
Depression is known as a deep sadness that won't go away and/ or a loss of interest in doing the things you normally enjoyed doing. Depressions can be treated and help you feel better through therapy and medication. Depressed people usually need therapy for 6 months to several years to help them overcome their depression and bring back joy in life. The anti-depressants don’t cure you directly but they are a great help during the transition from a depressed and deep sadness to the joy full life you once had. The anti-depressants work relatively quickly and will help you overcome the deepest sadness and emptiness and this enables you to work actively towards overcoming the problem.
Most people can find an antidepressant that works for them and an estimated six out of ten people feel better with the first anti-depressant they try. It takes about 2 months before you know for sure if the anti-depressant works for you. If you don’t feel any improvements then speak to your doctor who can guide you towards a different type of anti-depressant. Don’t give up hope if an anti-depressant did not work for you. There are many types of anti-depressants and they work differently.

Do I have a depression?
Most people are able to determine if they may be suffering from a depression themselves. If you are depressed then you are likely to experience one or several of these common symptoms:
•    Sad, anxious, or "empty" mood that lasts over 2 weeks
•    Insomnia and feeling tired with no energy
•    Change of appetite, both less appetite with weight loss and more appetite leading to gain
•    Loss of interest in doing things you once enjoyed including sex
•    Feeling restless and moody
•    Nagging physical symptoms that don't get better with treatment such as chronic pain
•    Attention deficit making it difficult making decisions and remembering things
•    Feeling guilty, hopeless, or worthless
•    Thoughts of suicide or death

How long will it take before I feel better?
Most people need to take an anti-depressant regularly for six to eight weeks to get the full effect of the drug. If you don’t feel any improvement hereafter then you must consult your doctor who may give you a different antidepressant or an additional medication to boost the effect. Most people need to keep taking the anti-depressant and other medication for 6 to 9 months. Some people may need to take them longer as per their doctors advice.

Side Effects of Antidepressants – what are the side effects of anti-depressants
It is normal that people taking anti-depression medication will get at least one side effect. It cannot be predicted which side effect you can expect and you will only be able to tell once you are on the drug. The most common side effects are:
•    Constipation
•    daytime sleepiness
•    diarrhea, dizziness
•    dry mouth
•    headache
•    nausea
•    sexual problems
•    shakiness
•    trouble sleeping
•    weight gain

Side effects are never pleasant but they should easily outweigh the profound effect of the anti-depressant and the improved wellness. Many of the side effects will go away after a few weeks but some will continue for as long as you are taking the anti-depressant.

IMPORTANT WARNING
You should NEVER stop taking an anti-depressant suddenly. It can make you sick as if you have the flu and you may get headaches, feel dizzy, and feel nausea. Further, you may slip back into a depression you were otherwise slowly but steadily coming out of.
Talk to your doctor, therapist, nurse, or healthcare provider about how to reduce the intake of the medication. The dose should gradually be reduced before you can stop completely.

How do anti-depressants affect my body and well-being?
Paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA) and venlafaxine (Generic Effexor such as Venlor XL by Cipla and Venlift OD by Torrent) are more likely than the other antidepressants in this guide to cause these flu-like symptoms when you stop suddenly. Patients are often advices to open the Venlor XR capsules and gradually reduce the number of granulates they consume until they are completely off the medication. This may sound difficult but it is simply a gradually and efficient way of slowly letting your body adjust not to have the help of the anti-depressant.
Fluoxetine (Generic Prozac such as Fludac by Zydus/ Cadila and Flunil by Intas) is less likely than the other anti-depression medication to cause these symptoms.

Weight gain is more likely if:
Mirtazapine (Generic Remeron) causes more weight gain than:
•    citalopram/ escitalopram (Generic Lexapro such as Rexipra by Intas and S Citadep by Cipla)
•    fluoxetine (Generic Prozac such as Fludac by Zydus/ Cadila and Flunil by Intas)

•    fluoxetine (Generic Prozac such as Fludac by Zydus/ Cadila and Flunil by Intas)
sertraline (Generic Zoloft such as Sertima by Intas and Serdep by Cipla)

The normal weight gain from taking mirtazapine (Generic Remeron) is 1-3 kilo (2-7 pounds) but some people may gain much more. The normal weight gain with paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA) for someone who weighs 70kg (150 pounds) is about 2.5kg (5 pounds) and some gain much more.

Weight loss is more likely:
Bupropion (Generic Wellbutrin, Bupron XL and Bupron SR by Sun Pharma) tend to cause minor weight loss of 1-2kg (2-3 pounds).

Nausea and vomiting is more likely if you take:
•    venlafaxine (Generic Effexor such as Venlor XR by Cipla and Venlift OD by Torrent) causes approx. 10% of people to have nausea and vomiting

•    fluvoxamine (Generic Fluvox, Fluvoxin by Sun Pharma)
•    paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA)
•    sertraline (Generic Zoloft such as Sertima by Intas and Serdep by Cipla)

Sexual problems are less likely:

•    fluoxetine (Generic Prozac such as Fludac by Zydus/ Cadila and Flunil by Intas)
•    paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA)
•    sertraline (Generic Zoloft such as Sertima by Intas and Serdep by Cipla)

Sexual problems are more likely if:
Paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA) causes more sexual problems than:
•    fluoxetine (Generic Prozac such as Fludac by Zydus/ Cadila and Flunil by Intas)
•    fluvoxamine (Generic Fluvox, Fluvoxin by Sun Pharma)
•    nefazodone
•    sertraline (Generic Zoloft such as Sertima by Intas and Serdep by Cipla)

Diarrhea more likely
Sertraline (Generic Zoloft such as Sertima by Intas and Serdep by Cipla) causes more people to have diarrhea (approx. 8 percent more)  than:
•    bupropion (Generic Wellbutrin, Bupron XL and Bupron SR by Sun Pharma)
•    citalopram/ escitalopram (Generic Lexapro such as Rexipra by Intas and S Citadep by Cipla)

Suicidal thoughts
Antidepressants can increase the suicidal risk for people younger than 25. If your depression gets worse or you are thinking about hurting yourself then seek medical attention regardless of your age.

Other information
When you talk with your doctor or healthcare provider about taking anti-depressants then make sure you talk about:
•    Are you worried about sexual problems such as loss of sexual desire or loss of ability to reach orgasm. Ask your doctor about bupropion (Generic Wellbutrin, Bupron XL and Bupron SR by Sun Pharma)

•    Are you worried about weight gain? Ask your doctor or nurse about taking bupropion (Generic Wellbutrin, Bupron Sr and Bupron SR by Sun Pharma). You may want to avoid paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA) and mirtazapine (Remeron).

•    Are you concerned about weight gain? You might ask your doctor or nurse about taking bupropion (Generic Wellbutrin, Bupron Sr and Bupron SR by Sun Pharma). You might want to avoid paroxetine (Generic Paxil such as Pexep by Intas and Pari by IPCA) and mirtazapine (Remeron).

•    Are you mostly worried about nausea and vomiting? Nausea and vomiting are the most common side effects that cause people to stop taking anti-depressant during the first 30 days. If your medicine causes nausea or vomiting, or any other side effect then tell your doctor about it. Your doctor may be able to help you.

Propecia & Proscar | Drug development for Hair Loss and BPH in men
The history of Finasteride (Propecia and Proscar)
The discovery behind the active ingredient Finasteride dates back to 1974 when Julianne Imperato McGinley (today the Associate Dean for Translational Research and Education at Cornell Medical College) was one of the speakers at a conference on birth defects. She presented findings on a group of intersex children in the Caribbean with genetic mutation that affected the male hormone Dihydrotestosterone (abbreviated DHT) and caused a deficiency of the 5α-reductase enzyme. As the children matured, they were found to have smaller prostates and no balding (ei. None of the children had any sign of male pattern baldness).

Copies of her presentation were read by P. Roy Vagelos one year later. P. Roy Vagelos was the basic research chief at Merck at the time and he was immediately captivated by the findings. He then led the development of a drug that could copy the condition found in these children and hence reduce the levels of DHT. He succeeded and Merck received FDA approval for their block buster drug Proscar which is used to treat older men who suffers from benign prostatic hyperplasia (abbreviated BPH). Proscar contains the active ingredient Finasteride 5mg and is today sold under several generic brand names such as the globally recognized Fincar by Cipla and Finast by Dr. Reddy’s.

Merck continued researching and found that a reduce strength would inhibit the production of the male hormone Dihydrotestosterone. DHT caused the follicle to shrink and produce hair with shorter and shorter lifespans until the hair is no longer produced. Merck obtained FDA approval for Propecia in 1997 which has since been launched in several generic version including Finpecia by Cipla, Finalo by Intas, and Finax by Dr. Reddy’s. All four drugs contains 1mg Finasteride.
Clear Sky Pharmacy Reviews & Legit
ClearSkyPharmacy has many reviews in well established and respected forums. These reviews are made by real people who for the most part are actual customers with ClearSkyPharmacy. We strongly advice you to use forums to get a good feeling about our service and some real reviews. We do not list forums you should check out as we find it much more legit to let you google around for them. Read about us and you know your payment and order is safe with clearskypharmacy.cc. We have NEVER failed any deliveries and we certainly have no association with fake drugs or the like.

ClearSkyPharmacy' safety record is solid. We have not had a single case of fraud or payment issue since we started in 2010. Read the forums and you will see.

ClearSkyPharmacy changed its URL from ".com" to ".net" in 2012 and changed a number of rules and regulations on our site to be compliant with various regulations. Nothing else changed - the shop is the exact same and so is the customer service team.

We rarely hear about negative reviews and you would likely not find any unless it is a competitor trying to defame us. Competitors does that (unfortunately) but they are easily spotted with often poor english skills and they are almost certainly new members of a forum with no other posts. Administrators quickly ban them which we of course appreciate.

Customers write to us and ask questions such as: "is clearskypharmacy real, is clear sky pharmacy safe, is clearskypharmacy legit, is clearskypharmacy reliable, can i trust clear sky pharmacy, is clear sky pharmacy good to go." It is a bit awkward to answer the obvious YES but what else can we say. Let go of the big pharma scare propaganda scare campaigns. We are legit, we are real, and we have always delivered the exact medicine customers order at our shop. Our medications are real pharmacy medication that in most cases are manufactured at real US FDA approved facilities. You can look up companies such as Cipla and Dr. Reddy's and see their list of certifications. Everyone talks about the risk of fake drugs but firstly, we have no idea where to buy fake drugs and secondly, we don't know of any cases where real people have received fake medication and gotten sick. Do you? There are lots of stories and claims of 30% of all drugs sold online being fake. But have 30% of the people you know ordering medicine online received a fake? Probably not. Propaganda is a power full tool along with the big pharma enourmous spending on lobbyisme with the Government.

We are a real pharmacy. We keep track of all medication that goes through our dispensary. We can always track old orders and advice the batch number of your drug as well as the expiration date. A new system is being incorporated - albeit extremely slowly - where you can sms a code written on the medicene strips to verify they are authentic. This will, however, only works if you have an Indian phone number as the majority of our drugs are manufactured in India (like 95% of all other legit shops).

Does Clear Sky Pharmacy have anything to do with China?
NO.
We are by no means Chinese. We do not offer chinese medicine, we are not located in China, we do not ship from China, and we do not offer any medication manufactured in China. Period.  Please take no offense if you are chinese.

If you have any doubts or concerns then email us and we shall happily clarify in detail.
What is Asthma and what causes Asthma | Asthma treatments | Asthma Inhalers & Asthma Tablets
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways and lungs which effects as many as 300 million people worldwide. The most common symptoms of asthma include wheezing, chest tightness, coughing, and shortness of breath. Asthma is thought to be caused be a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Asthma attacks can be triggered or worsened by environmental allergens such as cigarette smoke, pet dander, and chemicals. However, the precise causes of asthma are not entirely understood, and the triggers can be different from person to person. Therefore, the treatment plan for patients with asthma should be individualized and revised as needed to combat the symptoms effectively. Most treatment plans include the identification and avoidance of asthma triggers and the use of asthma medications.

Asthma suffers experience contraction of the muscles in the airways, limiting airflow and making breathing difficult. There are two main types of medication to manage asthma: quick-acting inhalers for the relief of acute symptoms and long-term medications to further control the disease.

Generic ProAir HFA (Asthalin by Cipla) contains Albuterol (also known as Salbutamol) which is a common β2-adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the smooth muscles thereby opening the bronchial airways to facilitate breathing. Like many asthma medications, it is often delivered by the way of an inhaler so that the medicine can reach the lungs quickly. Generic Ventolin (Asthalin by Cipla) also contains Albuterol and comes in pill form.

Generic Flovent HFA (Flohale by Cipla) contains the active ingredient Fluticasone Propionate which is a type of corticosteroid used in the treatment of asthma and hay fever. It is typically administered via inhaler.

What is COPD and what causes COPD? | COPD treatments | COPD inhalers & drugs
COPD or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is a common lung disease which makes breathing difficult.

Usually, COPD is caused by smoking; however, certain non-smokers who lack the alpha-1 antitrypsin protein can also develop the disease. Environmental factors such as inhalation of particular fumes and gases, or heavy exposure to second hand smoke and/or pollutants can also lead to or worsen COPD. Specifically these airborne irritants can include: tobacco smoke, marijuana smoke, coal dust, silica dust, welding fumes, textile dust, and air pollution.

COPD can be divided into two forms, of which most COPD sufferers experience a combination:

1) Emphysema
2) Chronic bronchitis

Emphysema is characterized by the irreversible and gradual destruction of the air sacs and small airways of the lungs. Smoking is the leading cause of the disease. The main symptom of emphysema is shortness of breath, which in early stages patients might mistake as a sign of increasing age or a general decline in health or a side effect of physical exertion. Unfortunately, because the onset is gradual, many people do not seek medical help until the emphysema has progressed. If you or someone you know experiences frequent shortness of breath, it is important to see a doctor to rule out (or treat) emphysema.

Treatment can slow down, but not cure, the effects of emphysema. Medications for emphysema include bronchodilators, drugs to help one stop smoking, corticosteroids, and antibiotics (in the event of an acute bacterial infection).

Chronic bronchitis is a long-term respiratory condition marked by cough with sputum and mucus. One must experience such a cough for at least 3 months in a year, for two consecutive years to be diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. Inflammation of the bronchi leads to cough, shortness of breath, and wheezing. Medications for chronic bronchitis include bronchodilators like ipratopium and albuterol and smoking cessation drugs. Antibiotics are prescribed only in cases of bacterial infections.
