Duolin Inhaler by Cipla (Ipratropium Bromide and Levalbuterol Sulphate Inhaler) - Product Information

Duolin Inhaler manufactured by Cipla is used for the treatment or prevention of bronchospasm in adults and adolescents with reversible obstructive airway diseases like asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Duolin inhaler makes breathing easier by relaxing the breathing tubes or air passages that carry air to and from the lungs. It begins to act quickly (in approximately 15 minutes) after use and its effect usually lasts for 4 to 6 hours after use.

It is also indicated for use use in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who are already using other medicines to control their condition and still have evidence of bronchospasm and require a second bronchodilator. It contains a combination of Levalbuterol and Ipratropium Bromide. Levalbuterol and Ipratropium Bromide are bronchodilators that relax muscles in the airways and increase air flow to the lungs.

We supply original Duolin by Cipla which contains 20mcg Ipratropium Bromide and 50mcg Levosalbutamol Sulphate. Each Duolin canister contains 200 metered doses. Levosalbutamol is the same as Levalbuterol. It is the the R-enantiomer of the short-acting Beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist Salbutamol. Levosalbutamol is sold as a drug on its own under the trade name Levolin by Cipla. We also have in stock Generic ProAir Inhaler (Asthalin by Cipla) which is used to treat or prevent bronchospasm in people with reversible obstructive airway disease and also used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm.
